This Authorization and Consent Term for the Use of Personal Data (“Term”) is entered into by and between you, user of our platform (“User”), and London Brazil Relocation (“Company”), responsible for providing expatriate relocation services in Brazil. This Term aims to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – “LGPD”) and the Brazilian Federal Constitution, complying with current business compliance rules.

Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Obligations: Meet the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to relocation services in Brazil.
4. Data Sharing
The User’s personal data may be shared with third parties only in the following situations:
Business Partners: Partner companies involved in providing services contracted by the User.
Public Authorities: In compliance with legal, regulatory obligations, or by court order.
Service Providers: Service providers contracted by the Company to assist in carrying out the activities necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Term.

Under the terms of the LGPD, in particular art. 9, 17, and 18, the User has the following rights in relation to their personal data:

  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data: Right to request correction of their data.

  • Data portability: Right to request transfer of their personal data to another service or product provider.
  • Information on public and private entities with which the controller shared data.
  • Withdrawing Consent: Right to revoke consent at any time, upon express request to the Company, except in situations where data maintenance is permitted on another legal basis.
The person responsible must immediately inform the processing agents with whom the data has been shared about the correction, deletion, anonymization, or blocking of the data, so that they can repeat the same procedure, except in cases where this communication is proven impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

The Company adopts the best information security practices to protect the User’s personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or any type of inappropriate or illicit treatment, in accordance with current corporate compliance rules.
7. Data Retention Period
The User’s personal data will be kept by the Company for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal, contractual, accountability obligations, or requests from competent authorities.
8. Changes and Non-Consent to These Terms
This Term may be changed by the Company at any time, upon communication to the User. It is recommended that the User periodically reviews these Terms to remain informed about how their personal data is protected and used. If consent is not provided to the company, the service will not be provided and it must be immediately communicated to the parties involved.
